Amex Offer: Spend $350 in Oxford Properties Gift Card and get $70 Back

This offer normally comes back every year, and this year was not an exception.

Only the first 20,000 cardholders are available, so make sure to register sooner rather than later.

To make use of this offer, simply make a one-time or cumulative purchase of $350 (CAD) in Oxford gift cards in store or online by July 18, 2022

Scotiabank Amex card holders can also register here

Whenever this comes around, I usually just buy a $350 e-gift card online and use it to make purchases whenever I go shopping at a mall.

The gift card is accepted by most of the merchants inside Oxford properties, ranging from retail stores to restaurants to even drugstores.

Quick tip: I normally exchange the e-gift card to a physical gift card once I’m at the mall because from my experience, not every store is capable of accepting the electronic gift card.

What if I don’t have any plans to go shopping?

Well, there are few other ways to redeem Oxford Gift Cards.

1. Use towards select hotel bookings.

If you have plans to visit Jasper/Banff this summer, this might be a good option.

Fairmont properties can get quite expensive, so this is a good opportunity to get some discount on these luxury properties.

Alternatively, if you’re a Ontario resident, you can choose to go for a staycation at Park Hyatt Toronto and also take advantage of the Ontario Staycation Tax Credit.

2. Use towards Porter Airlines.

If you’re based in Toronto and have plans to travel across Canada and US, this might be a good use of the gift card.

Note that the airline transits through Billy Bishop airport not Pearson.

If none of the above applies to you, it’s still worthwhile to ask your friends & family to see if they can make use of this offer.

They get discounts, you earn some points from spending 😉
