Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy has just launched a promotion for stays until the end of the year.
It offers Marriott Bonvoy members to earn 50,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per eligible stay.
This is a great opportunity if you have any long term stay or group stays planned between May 6 and December 31, 2024.

What is Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy?
Simply speaking, it’s a Marriott’s version of Airbnb.
The difference is that Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy tends to focus on providing higher-end rental properties and vacation homes.
In addition, you’re eligible to earn and redeem Marriott Bonvoy points, along with accuring Elite Qualifying Nights while Airbnb earns you nothing whatsoever.
Considering these perks, it’s definitely worth looking into if you’re planning for an extended stay while earning some loyalty points.

Hercules Residence - Homes and Villas by Marriott
During my trip to Greece in 2022, I stayed in a Marriott Homes & Villas property and took advantage of a double elite qualifying night promotion.
The experience was FANTASTIC, as it was spacious enough to accommodate my entire family, and it upheld the high standards of Marriott brand.
It also offers the chance to blend into a local residential area as opposed to staying in a busy touristy area where hotels are usually located at.
However, despite the generous bonus points offered in the promotion, the reach of Marriott Homes & Villas is quite limited to the US and parts of Europe.
Most importantly, I find the spending requirement a bit steep.
Unless you’re traveling with a large group or planning an extended stay, spending $2,500 USD in one place might be impractical for most travelers.
